After spending eight years working with a property manager, a leader in the clean room field, as a engineering technician, business assistant, manager of the engineering department and finally leading the entire pharmaceutical industry activity for Lyon, Fabrice Quinson observed that the responsibility of an installation contractor is to systematically take up, or even to reconsider the whole studies conducted by project manager prior to the construction of the clean rooms.
He thus came with the idea to put together the specialties of a project manager and an installation contractor in order to cumulate the knowledge, in order to optimize the margin and to obtain an advantage over the competition. He develops the project management using his execution studies experience and organizes a pluridisciplinary team by combining the “conception know how” with the “execution know how”.

November 2002, Exeliance was created with Fabrice QUINSON as CEO.

Exeliance is a Design and Built company mainly focused on energy, procès and utility fluids and HVAC.

In 2005 Exeliance decides to turn towards international business and starts thinking about a strategy in order to creat some subsidiaries.

2007 comes with the creation of Valliance, a company focused on Validation and qualification.

Today Exeliance has 5 subsidiaries abroad in the following countries:

Thanks to its knowledge and full time presence in 4 continents, Exeliance, customized the design and manages the construction.
