Exeliance's current development is based on the project management and the execution of technical building trades for the construction industry.
It particularly concerns the controlled atmosphere establishments, especially for the health, life sciences ( pharmaceutics, cosmetics..) and and agro-food industries.
Exeliance was brought to follow their clients and their investments abroad, and seized the opportunity to a local implementation. (Canada, Romania, Morocco, Cambodia, Abu Dhabi).

Domestic Market

The health field modified its demand of execution modes.
Public Health is a slow evolution field, limited by regulatory practices but that relies more and more to private financing (Private Public partnership) and to Design - Construction, until the rental of turnkey facilities.
Private Health, with its rapid evolution, is more concerned by the execution forms combining design and execution completed to meet budget, quality and deadline scheduled in the design stage: turnkey project, design-execution…
The pharmaceutical industry is rapidly evolving, under the pressure of governments, the generic drugs competition and the evolution of standards; the industry is concerned with the reduction of investments operating costs, lending an important production part to brokers (who become our clients) and externalizing the engineering process.
The cost management and the cost reduction while maintaining high performance level become a critical aspect and investments tend to be reduced, encouraging clients to limit their cooperation with the leading engineering companies to important projects only.
The standard evolution (cytotoxicity, blood treatment, etc.) and the technical evolution (H2O2 disinfection) are requiring an adapted response.

International Market 

Health facilities modernization request is growing and the French example is appreciated in several countries. Most of them are limited in capacity of conception and request for a unique partner for the design and execution stages.
It is thus necessary to adapt to the local standards and skills and to provide the entire execution process. This implies a local implementation, carried on by a great supplying management, as well as cost, installation and execution mastership.

High technology industries are equally concerned, demanding the same quality and performance level, whatever the country of development.

Energy/ Environment 

This dimension is more and more present requiring management of material origin and constitution, waste and rejections control as well as the optimization of the energetic performances.

Exeliance develops Design and Execution services with all building trades for the health and industry fields, requesting a severe atmosphere control (temperature, moisture, sterility, cleanliness, etc.). These services are available over several countries complying with current environmental standards. The skills are internal or can be provided through the partners of Exeliance (particularly for the construction/infrastructure part).
